Review the two YouTube videos, “Did You Know” and “Pay Attention” in Chapter 1 of Technology Applications for the Digital Classroom. Compare and contrast the impact of technology on American society and popular culture with the impact it has had on the American educational landscape.
Society has always impacted technology. When we look at how technology impacts the American society we see how social medias can bring many people together while it also causes many tragic accidents, technology is advancing so much yet society some how can catch up, we look at that compared to how it impacts the American educational landscape, children are so use to the bright lights and fast images that when they are put into a traditional classroom setting they get so bored, this is causing teachers now to be more creative and use this technology to incorporate in their classrooms.
